TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATIONEXTRACT FROM TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING ACCORDING TO AUSTRIAN HOTEL REGULATIONS5.5. The contract of accommodation can be cancelled without payment or cancellation fees by either of the parties to the contract up to 3 months before the arranged stay.
 
5.6. Outside of the time period specified in § 5.5, cancellation by either party is only possible with the payment of the following cancellation fees:
 
Up to 1 month before arranged arrival: 40% of the total agreed price
Up to 1 week before arranged arrival: 70% of the total agreed price
In the week before arranged arrival: 90% of the total agreed price
 
In the event of an earlier than arranged departure or delayed arrival, the booking terms and conditions according the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.

Up to 5 days before the arrival day the booking can be cancelled free of charge, after that 100% of the costs will be charged.
